BBQ Brisket Wraps

Ingredients

3-5 lbs boneless beef brisket or chuck roast

1 jar (24 oz) Jesben® Original BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce

10 whole wheat flour tortillas

Optional:  lettuce, tomato, red onion

Instructions

  1. Place meat in slow cooker. Pour entire jar of Jesben® Slow Cooker Sauce on top of meat.  Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours or until beef is fully cooked.
  2. Remove meat, allow to cool slightly and remove any excess fat.  Slice against grain (brisket) or shred with two forks (chuck roast) and return to slow cooker with sauce.
  3. Distribute meat among tortilla wraps (for best results, heat tortilla wraps, 5 at a time, between damp paper towels for 35 seconds in the microwave first). 
  4. Add lettuce, tomato, and/or onion if desired and fold into a wrap sandwich.
