Ingredients
3-5 lbs boneless beef brisket or chuck roast
1 jar (24 oz) Jesben® Original BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce
2 dozen slider rolls (toasted if preferred)
Optional: cole slaw, sweet pickle chips
Instructions
- Place meat in slow cooker. Pour entire jar of Jesben® Original BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce on top of meat.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours or until beef is fully cooked.
- Remove meat, allow to cool slightly and remove any excess fat.
- Slice against grain (brisket) or shred with two forks (chuck roast) and return to slow cooker with sauce.
- Distribute meat among slider rolls.
- Top with cole slaw and/or sweet pickle chips if desired.
Makes 8-10 servings.
